30-night trial & returns

How the trial works

Use your Nape pillow at home for up to 30 nights, counted from the day it's delivered. If it isn't right for you, return it and we'll refund the product price. Using it is fine. That's what the trial is for.

How to start a return

• Email torodandoblack@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what you're returning.
• We'll reply with the return address and instructions. We reply within one business day, Mon–Fri.
• Pack the pillow with everything it came with and ship it with a trackable service. Keep the tracking number until your refund arrives.

Please wait for our instructions before you ship anything, so your return goes to the right place and we can match it to your order.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a trackable service, since we can't refund a return that doesn't reach us.

If you're returning the pillow because it arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, you never pay for shipping. See lost, late or damaged packages.

What we accept

We take the pillow back used, as long as it works and isn't damaged beyond normal use. Please send it back with everything that came in the box. The original box helps but isn't required; any sturdy box works.

What the trial doesn't cover

• Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
• Pillows damaged by misuse or accident, such as cuts, burns or liquid damage.
• Returns with missing parts, unless we've agreed to it first.
• Pillows bought from another seller. The trial covers orders placed on this website.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we refund the product price, plus any sales tax charged on it, to your original payment method and email you to confirm. Your bank may take a few more business days to show it.

If you bought 2 pillows at the multi-pillow price and return one, the refund is what you paid for that pillow: $74.50, not the single price of $89.

Shipping to you was free, so nothing is deducted for it.

What you pay to send the return isn't refunded.

Exchanges and gifts

We don't do direct exchanges yet. If you'd like the other color, return yours under the trial and place a new order.

If the pillow was a gift, the person who ordered it can start the return, and the refund goes to their original payment method.

After the trial

Beyond the trial, we don't offer a separate written warranty yet. If something goes wrong, email torodandoblack@gmail.com and we'll help.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under your state's consumer laws.
